EQPitch is a leadership development practice tool designed for reflection, education, and skill building. It is not a clinical assessment, therapy, or medical service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect and how we use it.

- Email address (if you submit our sign-up form or create an account)

- Selected professional role (e.g. Founder, MBA student)
- Selected leadership challenge or focus area
- Scenario responses and answer choices
- EQ skill score results
- Activity engagement and selections
- Booking or debrief interest (if you click the debrief CTA)
How We Use Your Information
- To personalize your leadership practice experience
- To calculate and display your EQ skill scores
- To recommend relevant activities based on your results
- To communicate with you if you request a debrief or support
- To improve the EQPitch platform over time
Third-Party Tools
EQPitch uses third-party services to operate and improve the platform. These may include:

Practice progress is saved locally on your device using browser storage. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no digital system is completely secure.

EQPitch is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
