EQPitch is a leadership development and educational practice tool. It is not therapy, medical advice, mental health treatment, clinical care, or a diagnostic assessment of any kind. EQ scores produced by EQPitch are reflective and educational — they are not clinical measures, personality labels, or diagnostic results. Do not use EQPitch for emergency, crisis, or medical decisions. Purpose of EQPitch

EQPitch is designed exclusively for leadership development, self-reflection, education, and skill building. The platform helps founders, managers, students, and emerging leaders practice emotionally intelligent decision-making through real-world workplace scenarios.

Not a Clinical or Diagnostic Tool

  • EQPitch is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
  • EQPitch is not a validated clinical assessment or psychological test
  • EQPitch scores are not personality labels, diagnoses, or clinical measures
  • Results are designed for reflection and growth, not definitive evaluation
  • EQPitch does not replace professional mental health, medical, or HR advice

How Scoring Works

Each scenario includes four possible responses scored across a continuum. The strongest response receives the highest alignment score, while other responses receive lower scores based on how well they reflect emotionally intelligent leadership. Scores are designed for reflection and skill development, not personality labeling or clinical assessment.

Acceptable Use

By using EQPitch, you agree that you will:

  • Use the platform for personal leadership development and reflection only
  • Not use EQPitch results to make clinical, medical, or employment decisions about others
  • Not reproduce, resell, or redistribute EQPitch content without written permission
  • Not use the platform in any way that could cause harm to yourself or others

Intellectual Property

All EQPitch scenarios, activities, scoring logic, branding, and content are the intellectual property of EQPitch. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

EQPitch is provided "as is" for educational purposes. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the content for any particular purpose. EQPitch shall not be liable for any decisions made based on practice results or content.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
